São Vicente y Ventoza ( port. São Vicente e Ventosa ) - a district (fregezia) in Portugal , part of the Portalegre district. It is an integral part of the municipality of Elvas . According to the old administrative division, it was part of the province of Altu Alentejo . Included in the economic and statistical subregion of Altu-Alentejo , which is included in Alentejo . The population is 1236 people for 2007 . It covers an area of 101.53 km².
