Vale do Peso ( port. Vale do Peso ) is a district (fregesia) in Portugal , part of Portalegre district. It is part of the municipality of Krato . According to the old administrative division was part of the province of Alto Alentejo . Included in the economic statistical subregion of Alto Alentejo , which is included in Alentejo . The population is 344 people for 2001 . It covers an area of 65.62 km².
