Sines ( port. Sines ) - a parish ( freesia ) in Portugal , part of Setubal County. It is an integral part of the municipality of Sines . According to the old administrative division, it was part of the province of Baixu Alentejo . Included in the economic and statistical subregion Alentejo-Litoral , which is included in Alentejo . The population is 12,461 people in 2001 . It covers an area of 150.24 km².
