San Vicente ( port. São Vicente ) - a district (fregezia) in Portugal , part of the district of Santarem . It is an integral part of the municipality of Abrantes . According to the old administrative division, it was part of the province of Ribatejo . Included in the economic and statistical sub-region of Mediu-Tagus , which is part of the Central region . The population is 10 698 people in 2001 . It covers an area of 38.64 km².
