Urro ( port. Urrô ) is a district ( fregezia ) in Portugal , part of the Porto district. It is an integral part of the municipality of Penafiel . According to the old administrative division, it was part of the province of Douro-Litoral . Included in the economic and statistical subregion of Tamega , which is part of the Northern region . The population is 1073 people in 2001 . It covers an area of 2.19 km².
