Airins ( port. Airães ) - a region ( fregezia ) in Portugal , part of the Porto district. It is an integral part of the municipality of Felgeiras . According to the old administrative division, it was part of the province of Douro-Litoral . Included in the economic and statistical subregion of Tamega , which is part of the Northern region . The population is 2,628 people in 2001 . It covers an area of 4.48 km².
