Santa Leocadia ( port. Santa Leocádia ) is a district (fregesia) in Portugal , part of Porto district. It is part of the municipality of Bayan . According to the old administrative division was part of the province of Douro-Litoral . Included in the economic statistical subregion Tamega , which is included in the Northern region . The population is 641 people for 2001 . It covers an area of 4.56 km².
