Lorvan ( port. Lorvão ) is a district ( fregezia ) in Portugal , part of the Coimbra district. It is an integral part of the Penak Municipality. It is part of a large metropolitan area Big Coimbra . According to the old administrative division, it was part of the province of Beira Litoral . Included in the economic and statistical subregion Baishu-Mondegu , which is part of the Central region .
