Nora ( port. Noura ) is a region (freesia) in Portugal , part of the Vila Real district. It is an integral part of the municipality of Mursa . According to the old administrative division, it was part of the province of Traz-u-Montish and Altu-Douro . Included in the economic and statistical subregion of Altu-Traz-us-Montes , which is part of the Northern region . The population is 647 people for 2001 . It covers an area of 14.06 km².
