Tavor ( port. Távora ) is a region (freesia) in Portugal , part of the Viseu district. It is part of the Tabuasu municipality. According to the old administrative division was part of the province of Traz-montish and Alto Douro . Included in the economic and statistical subregion Douro , which is included in the Northern region . The population is 420 people for 2001 . Covers an area of 6.98 km².
