Sendin ( port. Sendim ) is a district (fregezia) in Portugal , part of the Viseu district. It is an integral part of the municipality of Tabuasu . According to the old administrative division, it was part of the province of Traz-u-Montish and Altu-Douro . Included in the economic and statistical subregion of Dourou , which is part of the Northern region . The population is 867 people for 2001 . It covers an area of 21.75 km².
