Penzóña ( port. Penajóia ) - a region ( fregezia ) in Portugal , part of the district of Viseu . It is an integral part of the municipality of Lamego . According to the old administrative division, it was part of the province of Traz-uh-Montish and Altu-Douro . Included in the economic and statistical subregion of Douro , which is part of the Northern region . The population is 1250 people for 2001 . It covers an area of 10.33 km².
