Cinfães ( port. Cinfães ) is a region (fregesia) in Portugal , part of the Viseu district. It is an integral part of the municipality of Sinfains . According to the old administrative division was part of the province of Douro-Litoral . Included in the economic statistical subregion Tamega , which is included in the Northern region . The population is 3290 people for 2001 . It covers an area of 25.18 km².
