Laleli ( tour: Laleli ) is one of the districts of the historical Eminenu district in the European part in modern Istanbul ( Fatih district ), Turkey .
In cultural and historical terms, Laleli is known for the location in it of one of the historical monuments - Laleli Mosque .
Currently, Laleli, like neighboring Beyazit, is focused on the development of tourism and trade with the countries of Eastern Europe, primarily with the CIS countries . Here you can often meet Russian- speaking working personnel (including from the former USSR ), as well as numerous inscriptions in Russian .
