Peredou ( port. Peredo ) is a region (freesia) in Portugal , part of Bragança district. It is part of the municipality of Macedo de Cavaleiros . According to the old administrative division was part of the province of Traz-montish and Alto Douro . Included in the economic statistical subregion Alto-Traz-Ush-Montes , which is included in the Northern region . The population is 366 people for 2001 . It covers an area of 21.91 km².
