Azuda ( port. Ajude ) is a region (freesia) in Portugal , part of the Braga district. It is part of the Municipality of Povoa de Laniozu . It is part of the large urban agglomeration of the Big Minho . According to the old administrative division was part of the province of Minho . Included in the economic statistical subregion Ave , which is included in the northern region . The population is 167 people for 2001 . It covers an area of 1.47 km².
