Frossos ( port. Frossos ) is a region (freesia) in Portugal , part of the Aveiro district. It is part of the municipality of Albergaria-a-Velha . It is part of a large urban agglomeration of Big Aveiro . According to the old administrative division was part of the province of Beira-Litoral . Included in the economic statistical subregion of Baishu-Voug , which is included in the Central region . The population is 150 people. It covers an area of 7.95 km².
