Carolina doesn’t like to tidy up the past

Southern states , white and black . In South Carolina, a 14-year-old black teenager is charged with raping and murdering two little white girls, convicted and electrocuted . Many years later, his brother returned to his hometown, a retired commando. He swore to the dying mother that he would find the real killer. But so many people are not interested in stirring up the past.
