Story
The film takes place in a post-apocalyptic desert land of the future, when the exhausted remnants of humanity, after a nuclear war , are on the verge of extinction. The land is captured by evil mutants, toads, people were struck by total infertility , and matriarchy was established in the territory of the former USA.
The protagonist Sam Hell ( Roddy Piper ) is caught by the police that does not bode well for him, however, representatives of the government interfere in his fate: Sam’s fertile sperm is a national treasure!
Hell is hired by the government to carry out a high mission to restore and save the human race. In the company of two beauties, the scientific leader ( Sandal Bergman ) and the military ( Chek Verrell ), he is sent to the mutant lair, the city of Frogtown, to save several fertile women held in the harem of the toad leader, and subsequently fertilize them all. And so that he does not change his mind and does not run away, they put on him a kind of “ chastity belt ” with a built-in bomb and the inscription “State property”.
