“Observers 2” ( born Watchers II ) is an American sci-fi horror film directed by Thierry Nots based on the novel of the same name by Dean R. Kunz . Continuation of the film "Observers" (1988, dir. John Hess). The film premiered on August 16, 1990.

Content
Story
The monster, which appeared during an unsuccessful laboratory experiment, broke free and killed several animal rights activists. The head of the experiment Paul Ferguson is removed from office and taken into custody. He manages to escape with the help of a genetically recreated golden retriever, and he hides from a monster with his ex-wife.
Animal behavior specialist Barbara White, who was trying to teach the Golden Retriever to read, learns that the dog has a physical connection with a terrifying monster. Together they have to stop the monster leaving mountains of corpses.
