Creation History
The drug was created by Professor A.Ya. Kuban State University Shurygin in the early 1970s. The drug was first known in 1975 when, with its help, a front-line friend L.I. was cured in the Krasnodar Military Hospital . Brezhnev - V. Kaida . [1] However, until the early 1980s. industrial production of the drug was not established.
In the 1980s during the Afghan war, the drug was remembered and then it was put into commercial production in the Belarusian city of Nesvizh . With the collapse of the USSR, the release of the drug was stopped.
To date, the release of the drug is carried out in limited quantities on the basis of the Baliz-Pharm enterprise in Krasnodar .
The drug was awarded numerous diplomas and medals, including the gold medal of the International Organization "Intellectual Property" at the World Exhibition in Geneva in 1988 .
Pharmacology
The drug has antibacterial activity against staphylococci , to a lesser extent Proteus and Pseudomonas aeruginosa ; stimulates the healing process in the wound , promotes the rejection of dead tissue, dilutes pus , reduces inflammation and swelling.
Composition
An aqueous solution obtained by fermentation of certain strains of microorganisms ( saccharomycetes ).
Release form
The drug is available in the form of a solution for oral administration and topical application.
Indications for use
- Abscess of the skin, boil and carbuncle ;
- Diseases of the skin and subcutaneous tissue;
- Infections of the skin and subcutaneous tissue;
- Osteomyelitis ;
- Open wounds;
- Phlegmon ;
- Thermal and chemical burns ;
- Skin ulcer .
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to pain.
Side Effects
Perhaps local irritant effect (soreness).
