Scene Description
Businessman Chester Grant (Danny Aiello) will do everything to complete a sale transaction, but he believes that he is already old and should choose his successor. Instead of appointing a logical person (James Karen), Grant decides to invite two rival businessmen to dinner, and then make a decision.
