KTK is a Kazakhstan television channel . The headquarters is located in Alma-Ata . The first private television channel in Kazakhstan began its test broadcast on November 2, 1990, and then later began its official broadcasts on February 20, 1991 [2] . The show began at 17:00, the broadcast was encoded and distributed only in the city of Almaty. Since 1992, CPC switched to full-fledged broadcasting throughout the day. In 1996, the channel expanded its range and became available for viewing in all cities of the republic [3] .
