This clip was produced by Nigel Dick , who worked with Britney on creating videos for “ (You Drive Me) Crazy ”, “ Sometimes ” and “ … Baby One More Time ”. The video was filmed in California on March 17-18, 2000 . The premiere took place on the MTV channel in the program "Making the Video" on April 10 . The plot of the video is very interesting: Britney lives on Mars and is the queen of the "red" planet. Beautiful and mysterious, she will win the heart of any guy who meets her. An astronaut who explores Mars finds a stone depicting Britney. At this moment, a charming queen in a red vinyl suit appears. The astronaut, of course, falls in love with Britney, and then gives her a diamond necklace, but she leaves, leaving him disappointed. The astronaut understands that it will be for him only in dreams and dreams.
At the 2000 MTV Video Music Awards ceremony , the music video "Oops! ... I Did It Again" was nominated for Best Female Video, Best Dance Video, Best Pop Video, and in the category Viewer Choice. [one]
