Alexis, Jacques Edouard

Jacques-Édouard Alexis ( fr. Jacques-Édouard Alexis , born September 21, 1947 , Gonaïves , Haiti ) is a Haitian politician and prime minister of Haiti from 1999 to 2001 and from 2006 to 2008, when he was ousted by the discontented food crisis.
