Naberezhnaya is a pedestrian zone in the Oktyabrsky District of Lipetsk on the right bank of the Voronezh River. It is located next to the Petrovsky market along the street 50 years of NLMK .
The embankment was opened on June 1, 2006 . Many years before this, the coastal area was neglected and littered. The project includes a new city beach (about 500 meters long) with sea sand and a walk-alley lined with colored tiles, parking for cars, flower beds. In addition, the mouth of the Lipovka River was dressed in concrete; two small bridges with an openwork fence were thrown across it [1] .
In the future, the embankment will be increased towards the Petrovsky Bridge : here they will carry out new landscaping from high-quality lawns and trees of improved species planted according to the dendrological plan, open trade pavilions, build small architectural forms , and also set lighting. In addition, it is planned to build the first water park in Lipetsk.
Archeology
On the territory of the Lipetsk lake and partially modern embankment there is a multilayer archaeological monument of the V - II millennia BC. e. Currently, a monument of archeology is destroyed as a result of construction work and flooding. The vast majority of the cultural layer of the ancient settlement was in a redeposited, destroyed state. Nevertheless, thanks to many years of work at the site of the settlement, it was possible to save a large amount of archaeological material for scientific purposes and museum exhibits. Currently, the collection includes 38,811 items. A significant collection of archaeological materials from the excavations of Lake Lipetsk led to the conclusion about the multi-ethnic character of the settlement of this natural and geographical zone, i.e., the forest-steppe bottom.
