The Order of the Mother is a state award of Belarus.

The Order of the Mother is awarded to women who have given birth and raised five or more children.
Awarding the Order of the Mother is made when the fifth child reaches the age of one year and if the remaining children of this mother are alive.
When awarding the Order of the Mother, children are also taken into account:
- adopted in the manner prescribed by law;
- dead or missing in the defense of the Fatherland and its state interests, the fulfillment of a civil duty to save human life, ensuring law and order, as well as those who died as a result of injury, injury, illness received under these circumstances, or as a result of labor injury or occupational disease .
The Order of the Mother is worn on the left side of the chest and, in the presence of other orders, is located above them.
The Order of the Mother is a nine-pointed embossed star inscribed in a circle with a diameter of 40 mm. In the center - a relief image of the profiles of a woman and a child in the sun, framed by a wreath of oak and laurel leaves, in the lower part of the wreath - a white-blue enamel bow. The reverse side of the order has a smooth surface, in the center is the number of the order.
With the help of an eye and a ring, the order is connected to a pentagonal block covered with a moire ribbon of blue color with a longitudinal blue stripe in the middle.
The order is made of tombac with silvering and gilding.
