Story
Once upon a time, there were eight childhood friends in South Carolina. We parted to different places and became a pro, each in his own business: journalist Michael, warrior Nick, star of the TV screen Sam and Karyn in love with him, young spouses Harold and Sarah, as well as Meg and the company Alex.
The latter, by the way, is dead. More precisely - committed suicide. It was the funeral that caused the meeting of this seven and the beloved of the late Chloe. They have something to remember and what to speculate about. Every actor is a star, every character is a personality. But why did their common pet die? Tired of life, or was it a real, not a fictional misfortune?

Interesting Facts
- Kevin Costner was shot in the role of the deceased Alex, but almost all the frames with his participation were cut out during editing: he appears at the beginning of the picture in a coffin.
- Before the shooting, the director put the actors together, and they lived for several days, communicating closely and living in their roles.
- The composer is not listed in the credits for the film: the director collected a unique soundtrack from the songs of the 60s, which became extremely popular among radio stations that suddenly remembered about the hits of twenty years ago.
