The film became notorious in the United Kingdom , where, presumably, it could inspire the real murder of the British child James Bulger and Susanna Kapper [2] [3] .

Story

Eight years later, the famous killer Charles Lee Ray ( Brad Durif ), whose spirit is enclosed in a doll, is again created from a plastic mash found in a warehouse. This time, Chuckie is chasing the already 16-year-old Andy ( Justin Walin ) at the Kent Military School. At the same time, he claims to infuse into the body of the black baby Tyler ( Jeremy Silvers ). But Andy finds out about the return of the killer, and in every possible way tries to prevent this. Then Chuckie in various ways tries to make a stir in the corps, first killing the chief director, and then, being on the exercise, replacing the bullets with paint with real ones. Chuckie manages to kidnap Tyler for a while, but Andy again frustrates his plans, and then completely throws the doll onto the blades of the working fan, and tears it apart.

Production

The film "Children's Games 3" went into production immediately after the success of its predecessor. Slasher was released exactly 9 months after the release of the second film, which caused pressure on Don Mancini, who was supposed to come up with a storyline in such a busy schedule. He originally wanted to introduce the concept of “several Chuckies” in the film, but due to budgetary constraints, the idea was eventually canceled. Mancini later used this concept in the last film of the original Cult of Chucky series of 2017 [4] .
