Philosophy
The philosophical views of K. A. Svasyan are characterized by their correlation with the history of philosophy and culture, on the one hand, and with philosophical and anthropological problems, on the other. In this case, the history of philosophy itself is considered as the history of the fate of consciousness, but not in the Hegelian-phenomenological aspect of consciousness in general, but rather in the sense of some consistent and higher, spiritual, level of the continued natural history of Haeckel’s creation. Understood as such, philosophy, from the pre-Socratics and Plato to Hartmann , Stirner and Nietzsche , does not aim at understanding the world, but - through the latter - the self-revelation and self-development of the human individuality. If the crown of creation in the sense of evolutionary theory is man as a biological individual, then the question inevitably arises of the crown of creation in man as such. This question: what in man himself culminates the human proper, how does the human proper culminate the purely natural? - indicates only thinking. Thinking is (spiritually) higher in man, just as (biological) man is higher in nature. The history of philosophy adjoins in this sense the history of creation and continues it. This means: if evolutionary theory (thematically) belongs to the history of philosophy, it is only because the history of philosophy, in turn, belongs (ontologically) to evolution as its highest and most perfect stage. Continued in this way and deduced into spiritual anthropogeny: man as the highest member of nature, thinking as the highest member of man, the last question is decisive, where the anthropogenesis of Haeckel’s natural history, which has grown into the pneumogenesis of the history of philosophy as such, is corrected and potentiated by Max Stirner’s absolute individualism: If thinking is the highest in a person, then the path of evolution after Stirner, for which a person is either an empty word, or a specific name, will focus on the question: Whose thinking? The answer is immanent in solving the central problem of the history of philosophy from Parmenides to Sartre : the thinking of a philosopher who would be able to overcome the hiatus between thinking and being, between essence and existence, between what he thinks and what he is. The search for such a philosopher, defining the whole range of philosophical interests of K. A. Svasyan, led him, after long wanderings around the historical and philosophical space (the main stages: Heraclitus , Plato , Aristotle , Origen , Neoplatonism , Abelard , Thomas , Descartes , Leibniz , Kant , German idealism , Stirner , Hartmann , Nietzsche , Husserl ), to the worldview of Rudolf Steiner , in which his "philosophical" fate coincided with his "private" fate. In Russian, this problem has found its most exaggerated expression in the article by K. A. Svasyan “Anthroposophy” , which he wrote for the Philosophical Encyclopedia. [one]
