Story
Rolly Tyler ( Brian Brown ) from the creator of special effects has been re-qualified as a creator of toys. The ex-husband of his girlfriend, policeman Mike, turns to him for help in catching the killer maniac. During the operation, Mike is killed and the killer dies at the hands of the police. Mike's boss claims that the policeman was the victim of the one he was hunting for. But Rolly knows this is not so. There was someone else in the room. To make sense of everything, Rolly turns to an old friend, Leo McCarthy ( Brian Dennehy ), who retired from the police and became a private detective. Together they take the villains to clean water and punish them for Mike's death.
