Geography
The village is located about 16 km west of the city of Stefan Voda at an altitude of 129 meters above sea level [2] . The Moldovan-Ukrainian border passes 2 km south of the village. The Sarata River flows through the village ( Brezoy [7] ). The nearest rural settlements are the villages of Semyonovka and Sayitsy .

According to the 2004 census , 1035 people live in the village of Brezoyaya (513 men, 522 women) [3] .
