Story
Japan, XVI century . The petty thief was sentenced to death, but suddenly he was granted life. The fact is that, like two drops of water, he looks like the local ruler Takeda Shingen , a powerful and powerful man, whose look inspired the soldier.
Wanting to insure themselves against shocks, relatives force the thief to play the role of a sovereign, getting used to it. He becomes like a “shadow” of a great warrior. Gradually, he is imbued with his new role and begins to feel his connection with the Takeda clan.
The double is hidden for the time being from human gaze. But here comes the fateful hour. The cunning enemy, having prepared a sniper, mortally wounds Takeda with an accurate shot from an arquebus . To hide the death of Takeda from numerous enemies and hold the throne, a double is taken out of the shadows. The body of the murdered Takeda is secretly taken out of the castle.
The power in the clan is captured by a not very smart, but active heir - Katsuyori . The "shadow" of Takeda cannot affect the impending tragedy.
In the final battle, the Takeda clan suffers a terrifying defeat. Using firearms and taking advantage of the shortsightedness of the heirs of Takeda, the enemies destroy his entire army. In the last shots, the desperate “shadow” warrior, already in his ragged clothes, voluntarily comes to the battlefield, where he finds his death ...
