Story
In the wild jungle of Africa, researchers find a man raised by monkeys and able to talk to any animals ( Adriano Celentano ). Calling him Bingo-Bongo, they secretly take him to Italy, where a young biologist Laura ( Karol Bouquet ) takes up his study. She is the only person whom experimental Bongo trusts. When she is removed from the project, Bingo escapes and undergoes a series of comic adventures in a city incomprehensible to him. In the end, Laura finds Bingo Bongo at the zoo in the aviary with macaques and settles in her home. Bingo hopes that Laura will reciprocate his love, but she considers him a teenage child. Bongo and his friend, the chimpanzee Renato, are trying to escape to Africa in a trolley, balloon and swim in the bath, but nothing comes of it.
Then Bingo-Bongo is declared in a scientific center with a crowd of various animals and offers its services as an intermediary between people and animals. Beasts, through Bongo, help people search for minerals and predict earthquakes , people in exchange stop hunting and environmental pollution. He marries Laura, winning her respect, and they live in harmony with nature. In the final, thanks to Bingo, even King Kong can be subdued.
