Geography
The village of Gorbachevo is located on the Krenichno river of the Msta river basin , 1.2 km south-west of the village of Krenichno , 4 km south of the administrative center of the rural settlement - the village of Kotovo , 19 km north-east of the administrative center of the municipal district - the city of Okulovka .
History
From the beginning of the 19th century until 1918, the village of Gorbachevo was assigned to the Zaozerye volost of the Krestetsky district , and in 1918-1927 the Malovishersky district of the Novgorod province . [3]
In 1908 there was a manor and 34 courtyards in the village of Gorbachevo. In 65 houses lived 173 people. [4] There was a chapel. [five]
The village of Gorbachevo belonged to the Peretyonkovsky village council . In 2005 it entered the Kotovskoye rural settlement.
