Bocharov Ruchey - summer residence (summer residence) of the President of the Russian Federation . It is located in the eponymous forest park valley in the Novyi Sochi microdistrict of the Central District of the city of Sochi in the Krasnodar Territory .

History
The construction of Bocharov Ruchey's summer house began on the initiative of the People's Commissar for Military and Naval Affairs K.E. Voroshilov in 1934 . The project architect was appointed M.I. Merzhanov . In 1955, it was reconstructed under the direction of the architect Vasily Yegorovich Shashkov . Landscaping of the territory was done under the guidance of agronomist- decorator S. I. Venchagov [1] .
The dacha got its name from a small river flowing nearby, which the locals called Bocharov Stream .
On October 22, 1938, Marshal of the Soviet Union Vasily Konstantinovich Bluher was arrested at the cottage of K. E. Voroshilov on Bocharov Stream.
Since 1960, the highest leaders of the USSR have been resting here: Nikita Khrushchev , Leonid Brezhnev , Mikhail Suslov . Leaders of the countries of the socialist camp were also invited to spend vacations here. One of the most famous guests of the summer residence was Josip Broz Tito - the head of Yugoslavia [2] . Here we met all the presidents of the Russian Federation.
Modernity
With the collapse of the Soviet Union, Bocharov Ruchey became the only Russian government-owned country house on the Black Sea and acquired the status of the official residence of the Russian president.
On April 6, 2008, the residence held its last meeting as Presidents of Vladimir Putin and George W. Bush . On August 14, 2009, an informal meeting was held between Russian President Dmitry Medvedev and German Chancellor Angela Merkel .
On November 13, 2017, the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin met with his Turkish counterpart Recep Tayyip Erdogan at the residence. The meeting lasted more than 4 hours. [3]
For the residence they made a berth for yachts and a helipad [4] . Fenced in.
