Shved, Vladislav Nikolaevich

Since 1947 he moved to Lithuania with his family, where he received his education. He graduated from the Kaunas Polytechnic Institute (1967), after which he worked at the Utena Electric Furnace Plant, in the Utena District Committee of the Komsomol, and in the Central Committee of the Komsomol of Lithuania.

Since 1975 at party work. In 1978, for the cycle of teaching materials on labor education of youth, he was awarded the title of Laureate of the Komsomol Prize of Lithuania. He was the first secretary of the October District Committee of Vilnius . Since 1990 - second secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Lithuania, member of the Central Committee of the CPSU (1990-1991), chairman of the Civil Committee of the Lithuanian SSR, deputy of the Supreme Council of Lithuania.

In 1992 he moved to Vitebsk , where he worked as deputy director of the Health Diagnostic Center. Since 1996 - consultant to the LDPR faction in the State Duma of the Russian Federation; 1998-2000 - head of the apparatus of the State Duma Committee on Labor and Social Policy. In 2000-2004 he worked in the Office of the State Duma. Since 2004 - on a state pension.

The author of a number of journalistic works in which, in particular, he denies the participation of the NKVD of the USSR in the Katyn execution .

The VII conference of the Communist Party of Lithuania, held in March 2017, expelled V. N. Shved from the party for “slandering” the Lithuanian Communist Party ^[1] .
