Damian Marley ( eng. Damian Marley ; full name Damian Robert Nesta Marley ; Eng. Damian Robert Nesta Marley ; July 21, 1978 , Kingston , Jamaica ) - a popular Jamaican musician, reggae performer, winner of 3 Grammy awards. Damian is the youngest son of the legendary Bob Marley . He got his nickname “Junior Gong” from his father’s nickname “Tuff Gong”.

Damian has been performing since 13 years. Like most of his family, he devoted himself entirely to music. At the moment, Damian has recorded five albums: Mr. Marley in 1996 , Halfway Tree in 2001, Welcome To Jamrock , in 2005 , Distant Relatives released May 18, 2010 , together with Nasir Jones (Nas) and Stony Hill in 2017 won the Grammy Award for Best Reggae Album. In 2002, Halfway Tree received a Grammy Award for Best Reggae Album . In 2006, the Welcome to Jamrock album received the same award, and the song “Welcome to Jamrock” became the best in the category “ Best Urban / Alternative Performance ” ( Best Urban / Alternative Performance ).

In 2004, Damian took part in the 27th round of the Bob Marley Roots, Rock, Reggae Festival ( Eng.
