Story

Charles Sirking is a low-down poet who draws inspiration from alcohol and socializing with women. He lives in the hottest area of Los Angeles and has many random love affairs. Only one of them, with the prostitute Cass, evokes in him truly deep feelings. Cass enjoys self-torture , and after an insane love affair, the poet awakens unexplored emotions.

Sørking's works are becoming popular, a solid book publisher is going to print them. Charles is offered to move to New York in a fashionable office with all the conditions for work, and he breaks with Cass. After some time, Charles does not stand up and goes back. He discovers that a disappointed Cass committed suicide . Serking does not want to believe it, during the next binge he thinks that they are together again ...
