A Sense of Purpose is the band’s first album since its debut, which contains profanity , apart from the song “Watch Them Feed” with Trigger EP .
There is a limited edition of the album, released in only 1,500 copies. The first single from The Mirror's Truth was officially released on March 7, 2008 .
The song "The Chosen Pessimist" is the longest song in the group.
This is the last album in the recording of which the guitarist and founder Jesper Stremblad took part, who left the group in February 2010.
