Geographical position
The distance to Kiev is 48 km, to Brovary - 33 km, to the highway M-01 ( E-95 ) Kiev- Chernihiv - 4 km.
History
In January 1989, the population was5447 people [2] .
In September 2001, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved a decision on the privatization of an agricultural combine located in the village [3] .
As of January 1, 2013, the population was 4765 people [4] .
Current status
On the territory of the village there are a school, a kindergarten, an outpatient clinic, a cultural center, a stadium, catering establishments, a library, a post office , a Novaya Poshta office, banks, a fire station, food and industrial stores, a Fora grocery store, and a church.
There is a stud farm on the ring road.
Feed mill, premix workshop, pig complex, treatment facilities are located 7 kilometers from the village in the direction of the village of Zavorichi .
