The kosyrovka arose no later than 1846, because during this period it is already referred to as the village of the parish with. Syrsky. Before, it was the center of the Kosyryovka village council (hence its name), but until the autumn of 2010 the center was the village of Bruslanovka . In 2010, Kosyrevka again became the center of the Kosyrevsky village council.
In 1987, the largest Kosyriv cemetery was opened in Kosyryovka in and around Lipetsk . Its territory is 60 hectares. Today the cemetery is closed; instead, a cemetery will be operating in the area of the Centrolit ( Syrsky ) plant [2] .
In 2009, a confectionary factory of CJSC "Merletto" was built [3] A sausage shop of LLC Helios was also built. In 2011, construction began on the Roshen confectionery factory. In 2012, the parking for shuttle buses was built. In 2009, the construction of the church was started. Now, while the temple is not yet completed, services are held in a trailer nearby.
