Obatsda ( Bav. Obazda ), Obecter ( German Obatzter ) - a typical Bavarian snack (for example, for beer ), prepared (usually) from mature Camembert cheese , butter, onion , caraway seeds and sweet red paprika , in some cases, fresh soft cheese. The exact spelling (and pronunciation) depends on the area, since the Bavarian dialect is not the same in different parts of Bavaria . It is served, as a rule, with dark rye bread , onions, chopped rings, or green onions. Obitsda is considered a typical dish served in the beer garden .
