The village is located on the left bank of the Flax River, 10 km [2] northeast of the administrative center of the rural settlement - the village of Borovenka . The distance to the administrative center of the municipal district - the city of Okulovka - 14 km to the south or 30 km by road [2] . To the east of Korzhava Dernyakovskaya, at a distance of about 800 m, is the village of Dernyaki .

Transport
The nearest train station is located in Borovenka. The village is located on the highway Borovenka - Vistlenev Ostrov - Lyubytino , near the southern part of the village there is a bridge over the river Lnyanaya.
Tourism
Due to its location on the highway, the village is a popular destination for boating enthusiasts to start rafting along the river Linen to Msta .
