Philip Rowland Fillol ( born Philip Rowland Filleul ; July 15, 1885 , Bath , United Kingdom - July 29, 1974 ) - British rower , silver medalist at the 1908 Summer Olympics .

At the 1908 Games in London, Phillol was a second crew of fours of Great Britain. His team defeated the Netherlands in the semi-finals, but lost in the final to another British crew and ended up in second place with silver medals.
