Biography
He graduated from Kharkov Veterinary Institute [1] . In the years 1949-1950. - Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Stalin Regional Council. In 1950-1952 First Secretary of the Poltava Regional Committee of the Communist Party of Ukraine. In 1952-1965 (with a break in 1953) - Minister of Agriculture of the Ukrainian SSR . Since April 1965, retired.
