He graduated from the Faculty of Philosophy at the University of Niksic . He became known as a journalist writing on political and cultural topics, including the biography of the President of Montenegro, Milo Djukanovic, “The riddle of one charisma” ( Serbian. Enigma jedne harizme ; 1998 ) [1] and the programmatic work “Montenegrin identity” ( Serbian. Crnogorski identitetet ; 2011 ). Head of the publishing house "Pobjeda", one of the oldest in Montenegro [2] . Chairman of the Society for the Protection of the Montenegrin Cultural Heritage ( Serbian. Društvo za očuvanje crnogorske duhovne baštine ). He is the author of more than twenty books of prose, poetry and essay, including the novel “The Russian House” ( Serb. “Ruska kuha” ) and the haiku book “Between the Crosses” ( Serb. “Meђu Trskama” ).
