Kotyujeniy Mar ( rum. Cotiujenii Mari ; Bolshie Kotyuzhany ) is a village in the Sholdanesht district of Moldova . It is the administrative center of the municipality of Cotiuzheny Mar , which also includes the Kobyla railway station and the village of Kushelauk [5] .

In the Moldavian SSR, the village was called Kotyuzhany and until January 9, 1956 it was the administrative center of the abolished Kotyuzhansky district . On June 11, 1964, the village of Upper Kotyuzhany was annexed to Kotyuzhany. The name Big Kotyuzhany was restored on January 31, 1991.
