Biography
- Born in a peasant family in the village of Heleturi, Botlikh region ( Dagestan Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic ) on April 10, 1935 .
- He graduated from the Dagestan Agricultural Institute ( 1956 ), Novocherkassk Reclamation Engineering Institute , Academy of Social Sciences. By education a veterinarian and forestry engineer.
- 1956 - 1958 - Head of the Botlikh Central Zoo Veterinary Sector.
- 1958 - 1961 - chief doctor of the district agricultural administration.
- Secretary of the CPSU District Committee .
- Head of the Botlikh territorial production administration of agriculture, deputy head of the agricultural department of the regional committee of the CPSU, Minister of Agriculture of the Dagestan ASSR.
- 1975 - Secretary of the Regional Committee of the CPSU.
- 1983 - First Deputy Chairman of the Council of Ministers of the Republic.
- 1985 - Chairman of the Agricultural Committee of the Dagestan ASSR.
- 1990 - elected to the People's Deputy of the RSFSR . He was a member of the parliamentary faction "Agrarian Union".
- 1993 - was elected to the State Duma , where he was a member of the faction of the Agrarian Party of Russia.
- 1994 - deprived of his mandate in connection with the appointment of Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Russian Federation . He was also the chairman of the Committee of the Russian Federation for food and processing industry.
- 1994 - Appointed Director General of the Federal Food Corporation (FPK) established under the Ministry of Agriculture and Food.
- 1996 - quit the FPK of his own free will. In November 1996, an attempt was made on Abdulbasirov (his car was fired upon by unknown persons). Not injured.
