The entire football club (players and coaching staff) switched from FC Krylia Sovetov-SOK of the 2007 season.
In 2008 and 2009, FC Togliatti played in the Second Division (Ural-Volga zone).
In 2010, the team was merged with FC Academy .

History
The main goal of the club is to prepare a reserve for the Russian national football teams. The club is managed by the National Football Academy Foundation. The club structure consists of two teams: The Togliatti team is declared a participant in the Russian championship among the teams of the second division of the Ural-Volga zone. The head coach is Igor Osinkin . The team consists of players born in 1989-1991. All players are pupils of the Togliatti training center for football players - the Football Academy named after Yuri Konoplev .
In the 2008 season, the Togliatti-Double team [1] played in the All-Russian competition “The Championship and the Cup of Russia in Amateur Football Clubs of Teams of Physical Culture Teams of Interregional Associations of the Football Federation of the Russian Football Union” ( IFS “Volga Region” ), the head coach was Yuri Elchev. The team consisted mainly of players born in 1991, who were also pupils of the Yuri Konoplev Football Academy [2] .
In 2010, FC Togliatti merged with FC Academy [1] .
Stadium
It was originally planned that the club will perform at the Torpedo Stadium in Togliatti in the 2008 season, but as a result, 5 days before the start of the season, AVTOVAZ OJSC (the owner of the stadium) terminated the lease and the team had to rent the Torpedo Stadium in Dimitrovgrad city.
